The Steps of the Rosary

1. Make the Sign of the Cross and pray the Apostles' Creed.
2. Pray the Our Father.
3. Pray three Hail Marys (for faith, hope, and charity).
4. Pray the Glory Be.
5. Announce the first mystery and pray the Our Father.
6. Pray ten Hail Marys while meditating on the mystery.
7. Pray the Glory Be and the Fatima Prayer.
8. Repeat steps 5 to 7 for the remaining four mysteries.
9. Pray the Hail, Holy Queen, and make the Sign of the Cross.

Which Mysteries to Pray Each Day

Monday and Saturday: the Joyful Mysteries.
Tuesday and Friday: the Sorrowful Mysteries.
Wednesday and Sunday: the Glorious Mysteries.
Thursday: the Luminous Mysteries.

When to Pray This Prayer

Daily, or as often as you can. October is the month of the Holy Rosary, and many pray it in May as well.
